Joyfull giving
At this time of giving charity we must try to realize we give to others to show
1) our appreciation in what we have
2) our joy to be able to help others
3) our appreiciation for what G-d has done for us.
4) How giving charity sets us up as G-d's chosen people.
5) Part of our requesting forgiveness for our prior sins.

May Adoshem bless eretz yisroel and bnai yisroel the Jewish people; allow us to both help ourselves and bring prosperity and happiness to all of the Jewish people; and to serve and help our fellow man especially those that exist within war zones and in the midst of misery; those that are desperate and poor and are oppressed by others including their own government; help us to bring hope and restore our beautiful planet and those animals and forests, lakes rivers and the vast oceans that suffer as a result of the destruction caused by man; let the world see we Jews are the light of the world and that we stand for decency honesty nobility and Justice in the name of G-d Almighty, the true King of the universe.
